Three Questions We Hear Often
For a standard campaign on an existing rig, two weeks is usually enough. New models, custom instrumentation or a first visit to the facility need four to six weeks so that fixtures can be built and a shakedown run scheduled. Yes. Much of the practice is retrofit work. We survey the existing flow, identify the source of turbulence or non uniformity, and design replacement conditioning hardware that fits the structure already in place. Calibration and support contracts are also available for facilities operated by the client.
Every engagement closes with a written run record. It states the tunnel configuration, the instrumentation used, the calibration status of each channel, the measured results with an uncertainty budget, and a plain statement of what the evidence supports. Data can be delivered in the format your engineering team already uses.
